How to scan using Digital Sender (Clerks Office, or Planning Department)

1. Press the second button under the LCD Screen for ‘PC’

2. Login to the Scanner

Name: type your last name until your full name appears. (Last Name, First Name)

Hit the Enter button on the keyboard section

3. Give the document a file name

Type in numbers or letters for a file name

4. Press the first button under the LCD screen for ‘Settings’

Use the arrow keys on the keyboard section to move between the settings.

Make sure that the Format is set for PDF.

5. Press the Green button to start

6. Go to your computer

7. Open Adobe Circulate.

Click on Start, Programs, Adobe Circulate

8. Click on the item that you have named.

bullet

This will automatically open Adobe Acrobat.

bullet

From here you can make any adjustment that you need. (ie delete white pages, etc.)

9. Save the item into the correct folder.
