  1. Click on Start, Programs, Remote Assistance (See Figure 1 below).

  1. Click Invite Someone to Help You.

  2. Enter the email address of the person whose help you are requesting and click Invite this person. (You may retrieve the email address using the Address Book. (See Figure 2 below).

  1. Enter a message if you wish and click Continue.

  2. Do not enter a password.

  3. Click Send Invitation.

  4. Call the person you just invited to let them know you sent the help request.
